2 Timothy 1:12 "For this reason I also suffer these
things; nevertheless I am not ashamed, for I know whom I have believed and am
persuaded that He is able to keep what I have committed to Him until that
Day."
Paul was not ashamed of being a believer, nor of the gospel, nor of his
dynamic faith. Instead, he knew he had nothing to lose in preaching God because
he believed he had a place in Heaven where blessings awaited him. This speaks
not of Paul's confidence in himself, but of Christ's trustworthiness.
I encourage you, although you may suffer things on this earth, that God is
faithful to hold you and secure you until that day you will be with Him!
Thank you, Connie.
