John 16:33 "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may
have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have
overcome the world."
What an amazing promise Jesus spoke to us in this Scripture. He warns us of
hard times ahead, and yet tells us to be of good cheer. Why? Because He has
overcome the world for us. In the end, we have victory with Him.
In the midst of pressures, distresses, and afflictions, we can have the
hope that our Lord has given us. He will be with us through the battles and has
already won the war.
I encourage you today to be courageous in the strength of the Lord. He will
guide you through each day and will give you peace. Put on the whole armor of
God, and go forward with confidence in His name!
