Psalm 46:1,2 "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help
in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, even though the mountains be carried
into the midst of the sea."
Notice that in this Scripture, God is a present help. He is never
too far from us to come to us in time of need. He is our strength and a place of
hiding.
Even though disaster may come and mountains may fall, we know that we can
count on our God to rescue us, as we call upon His name.
I encourage you today to have peace and to not fear. Fear is not from God,
and only causes harm. God gives us a calmness in our storms and a security for a
safe outcome. If the mountains shake, you will not, as you put your trust in
Him!
