Proverbs 22:9 "He who has a generous eye will be blessed. For he gives of his bread to the poor."
A good eye observes and gives to the needs of others first. A bad eye only thinks of himself and doesn't even notice the needs around him. We know that if we give generously that we will be blessed in return. If we put others before ourselves, then our cupboards will always be full.
Let's encourage one another to have generous eyes. God gave us His best in His Son, Jesus Christ. There was no better gift for us than Jesus. So, let's be grateful and follow the Lord's guidance by sharing with others and loving them as ourselves!
