Psalm 37:5,6 "Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him and He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light and your justice as the noonday."
To commit ourselves to the Lord means to entrust everything to Him. This means giving our very lives, families, jobs, possessions, and relationships over to His guidance and control. We need to trust that He can take better care of things in our lives than we can. It is good for us to role-over our concerns to God.
The noonday is the brightest time of the day, in which the Lord says, in the Scripture above, is our justice. That also our righteousness will be as the light; pure and revealing, and true.
Be encouraged today that the Lord has all things in His hand, and in His power, as we yield to Him with our trust!
