1 Kings 17:14 "For thus says the Lord God of Israel: The bin of flour shall not be used up, nor shall the jar of oil run dry, until the day the Lord sends rain on the earth."
God had commanded a widow to provide for Elijah. She was running out of flour and oil and was afraid that she couldn't bake Elijah bread. When Elijah spoke these words, in the above Scripture to her, the widow then had to live by faith and realize the value in trusting in God alone.
Let's be encouraged to trust that God will always keep our cupboards full during times of trouble and know that He is faithful to His word!
