1 Peter 1:24,25 "All flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of the grass. The grass withers, and its flower falls away. But, the word of the Lord endures forever."
Peter, the writer of this Scripture, uses a quote from the Old Testament to compare our transitory nature to the temporary things of this world. Life does go on for those who believe in Christ Jesus. We have that amazing promise in the Word of God which will endure forever.
Let's be encouraged today, to receive the undying and eternal love of our Lord and Maker, Who will be with us forever!
