John 14:27 "Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."
There is a false peace that we can get from the world. It seemingly fills up a void within us, but proves to be ineffective or unfulfilling in the end. The only true peace comes from God above.
As we believe in God we can receive His peace and replace our troubled hearts with it. We need not fear once we understand authentic peace comes from our heavenly Father.
I encourage you today to receive all that God has for you, and to cast all of your worries away by trusting in Him!
