Galatians 6:7-9 "Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for
whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will
of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit
reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due
season we shall reap if we do not lose heart."
At times we get impatient while waiting for results. Especially in today's
world where we don't wait long for anything. But a good example of waiting is
one of a farmer. He waits patiently for his crops. He knows it takes time for
them to grow properly. If he pulls them out of the ground prematurely, he will
have disappointment. The produce will be useless.
Let's be encouraged to do good and to wait for the proper time to see the
fruit of our labors. As we sow to the Spirit we will reap in due
season!
