Romans 8:35 "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril or sword?"
I think we get the idea here, that nothing can separate us from Christ's love. What a blessing this is to all who believe in Him. If we are in tribulation, the Lord will deliver us and give us His strength to endure. If we are in distress, He will give us peace. If we are persecuted for His sake, our rewards will be great. If we are in famine, the Lord will supply food for us. If we are naked, the Lord will provide clothing for us. If peril or sword comes against us, we can remember that no weapon formed against us shall prosper.
Let's be encouraged together to know that no matter what happens, greater is Jesus in us than he (the devil) that is in the world. We are more than conquerors in Christ Jesus our Lord. Let's celebrate!
