Proverbs 24:5,6 "A wise man is strong. Yes, a man of knowledge
increases strength; For by wise counsel you will wage your own war, and in a
multitude of counselors there is safety."
Basically, having counselors in our lives is a very good thing. By having
them we may both gain knowledge and present ourselves accountable in all matters
of our lives.
God's people perish for lack of knowledge, therefore increasing one's
knowledge brings one strength. If we have strength, we can wage our own war. We
will face trials with confidence because of the good counsel we have
received.
Let's be encouraged today, to receive counsel when needed and to glean good
wisdom from it to carry on with all peace and glory!
