Matthew 6:31-33 "Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we
eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For after all these
things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these
things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these
things shall be added to you."
The word, "Gentiles," in this Scripture refers to people without
faith. Faith brings us peace about many things, including provision. As we keep
our eyes focused on the Lord, all of our needs will be taken care of.
Let's rejoice today as we encourage one another with this promise. Seeking
God first above all other things will keep our hearts at peace before Him.
