John 20:19 "Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of
the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for the
fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, "Peace be
with you."
This is the first thing that the Lord said to His disciples after He had
risen from the dead. What a timely word! The disciples were hiding,
perhaps thinking that they could be next to die since the people had just killed
their Lord.
I encourage you today, to have peace. No weapon formed against you shall
prosper. Do not fear, for the Lord is with you and will not leave you. You are
safe!
